We’re a passionate group of hockey parents and ice sports lovers working to bring a second ice rink to Squamish. Our community has outgrown the one rink we have, and kids are already being prevented from participating in the sports they love. With Squamish continuing to grow, this will only exacerbate the problem. A new rink would ensure everyone - whether they’re skating for fun, for fitness, or for community - has the opportunity to play.

The goal of our grassroots initiative is to raise awareness around the lack of ice time available and rally support behind prioritizing the construction of a second ice rink in Squamish. With enough support, we believe we can spur action from the District of Squamish and other local partners to turn our dream into reality.
